Hi, everyone. I want to share a short video outlining a pattern I've seen after 20+ years in CRM implementation. Failure usually has little to do with the software. It's about poor strategic design.
If your CRM is a passive data collection tool, you system will never be very good. But if you use it to actively manage how work flows between departments, success is guaranteed.
