Why can Sage write out a record which appears on the installed application listing to show that the 2017 Q1 TTU was installed but they still seem unable/unwilling to do so for the IRD?

Same for client/company name. But at least the PU version shows.

.... and why aren't the IRD and TTU available for installation using Sage Advisor?

@DougHiggs, fyi, I just looked at Sage Advisor on my local system and the 2017-Q1 TTU is there.

Nice. What about the IRD? Seems it should check for missing or outdated IRDs.

Why not make IRD's cumulative to minimize the chances of missing an update?

Agreed. The process of having to search through the activity log looking for sequential updates can be arduous and prone to error. It would be a big help if this process could be automated. It doesn't seem like it would be a huge technological leap to add this to the Sage Adviser program.
