Why are the Affiliate's not offered the Click to Pay link for APS on their invoices @JeffSchwenk? This is a convenience.

And a costly one at that! If they want to pay via CC, they can call and ask.

I have no record of the APS discount rate, I'm sure everyone on BOD is interested in knowing the cost. What is our discount/merchant rate?

As a Board, we reviewed and approved APS for credit card processing. It was a policy decision, and appropriately the Board made the decision. Beyond that, these are implementation and procedural matters, which should not require Board involvement.

Can't find the record of a review or approval @JohnHoyt. Looking through the minutes and posts in our 90 (p) Admin group can't find any record of board action on this, just announcements of Jeff meeting with APS, waiting on a quote, and then Jeff switching over CC processing. Well, one other thing, you are listed as the first to use the service of click to pay form the invoice. This 90(p) Admin group in SC is used by both the Board and Administration of the group.
