    My apologies - I was off a bit on the Whova quote, by $100.  Also, we can add the Exhibitors Listing $300 and sell it as a benefit for Affiliates, optional.

    We are printing badges onsite this year and using the Whova app for check-in and badge printing.  There will be printer & tablet rentals but I think I'll be able to cover it under the existing equipment budget.  I'll see and let you the Baord know.

    I've attached the Whova quote for your reivew.  Let me know if the total $1199 is approved.  Thanks.

    It's still a great price for everything that it does, so I vote yes for the $1,100. 

    Moira, do you believe that we can be revenue positive for the extra $300?

    And regarding his offer to commit to the following year for a 10% discount, what are your thoughts? Will we still use Whova in 2021?
