    Sage?  Training employees in anything other than marketing / sales?  They have some quality people working for them, but I get the impression that it is every man/woman/person for themselves.

    It's too hard to keep detailing which versions these KB articles apply to.
    Options
    A. Use hashtags or metatags to easily update KB's when a new version comes out. ​
    B. Use shorthand of 5.x, 6.x to avoid updating too often
    C. Pretend its not needed

    Like so many little things that could be done to make life easier, I am sure the KB writers are well aware of this deficiency and probably have suggested these type of improvements till the cows have come home.  But I am also of the opinion that a higher level manager keeps shooting this type of improvements down as they won't help sell more licenses.  Maybe the Mod Squad can get behind this 90M member suggestion..................

    I am just happy I was able to convince them to update the download pages with the applicable hotfixes.  That is a big help for every upgrade.
    For improving the KB, the "wish list" I have is not small.
