Who remembers the good ol' floppy installs? Especially the 5.25""?

    I don't - I wasn't born then. And I'm dreaming.

Um, if you were to install Windows 10 using the 'good ol' floppy' you'd be swapping 2,632 of them. have fun.

I remember thinking how great it was to get paid to just stuff disks in a drive. Unfortunately we didn't have mobile devices to kill the time.

Except when one of the diskettes failed to read and you had to wait several days for a new one...

When Sage updates were optional and you'd fill out a piece of paper to indicate that a customer wanted to upgrade -- then fax the paper to Sage and wait for a box of software a week or two later.

I LOVED getting the new manuals and adding to the old ones on the bookshelf. One time they were black binders and looked good.

It felt so nice when you picked up the check for a new sale (Remember those), of using a hand truck to bring the box full of manuals and disks to the customer... Now, they wire you the money and you give them a 12 digit code or something...
