  • 1.  Who has installed any of the new PM or IRM modules? What is your customer feedback?

    Title says it all. Have you installed PM or IRM and what's the feedback? Is the customer live or are they in testing? 

    I'm getting inquiries but having trouble finding any feedback on these new modules.

    We have installed PM to a new client and they are in testing mode mainly because it is a new implementation as well as PM is so new to us.  The main issue so far is not being able to use customizer on any PM screens (we have opend a case with Sage),

    @Douglas Luchansky - I reported to Scanco that custom office wasn't working while in their class at Summit.  :( ​

    Sage Summit was 3 1/2 months ago.  This is an obvious bug and one would believe it should be a priority.

    I just did a fresh download of 2019 6.10.1.0 with the latest PM release and was able to add a UDF to the Work Ticket Entry Header screen and populate it with data.  It also let me move an existing field and hide another.  Not sure if that means it's fixed or if some other functionality isn't working.

    I have one very small WO client that I am hoping to upgrade in Oct/Nov.  The only mod they have is labor scanning, and that's supposed to be out by then.

    One note on IRP - if you do NOT have WO, it's not an MRP replacement yet.  It will not explode the bills for SO items.

    Sage Inventory Adviser explodes the requirements for bills for SO items being sold.  It is still an option to be considered because it at least sets the min/max reorder point and safety stock suggestions.  Not many companies have someone well qualified to do those calculations.  No reason it can't work in concert with JobOps, PM or Work Order.
