Sorry to rehash this topic.
I have a customer who has used Repay for probably a good five years without any issues - who suddenly is running into issues at least once or twice a month. The problems are either that the invoices are NOT in the customer's portal or that the customer goes to the portal and there are invoices except those invoices are NOT the customers...
I'm wondering who you are using specifically for click to pay?
