Thanks for the assistance tonight verifying the keys for my client. While nothing that was suggested actually worked, I thought I would let everyone know what **DID** work.
I shut off the v2017 ADV service and launched Sage using a STD icon. I then went to system configuration registration and updated. The user count increased (*info screen shot below). No clue why it worked in STD mode and not ADV, but at least I can move on now.**
