I need to reconvert only the payroll data in one company from 5.00 to 5.20. Is there a way to do it. I'm getting the message that there are no files to convert now.

Not sure about payroll, but I'd check SY0CTL and also PR0xxx.soa for the versions of company data converted

How did you do the initial migration?

I did the initial migration using the migration tool. Problem is, the payroll clerk entered a 500 person payroll in version 5.0 instead of the new 5.20 along with all the employee maintenance changes. The ACH file had to be uploaded to the bank in a few hours and the data entry, even after the time sheet upload, takes some time as does checking the data. Tick tock, tick tock! So, I renamed the new payroll folder and copied in the 5.0 version. I was hoping to reconvert the company so any changes to payroll would be written. Couldn't get Sage to reconvert and the only new files appear to be the ACA ones, so I copied those in. The ACA files had to be reinitialized but appear fine after that. I'm hoping there are no other payroll file changes, but if something comes up, we can deal with it after the ACH file goes to the bank.
