    Which barcode scanners (Make/Model) do you recommend? Also, do you have a favorite vendor to purchase from?

    We get ours from ScanTexas www.scantexas.com We use two different models, both Symbol. One connected by a USB cord and the other a cordless model. Both work great. If you really need the model numbers let me know and will post them.

    Symbol is what I recommend. If they can afford bluetooth wireless, go with that. They tend to be high however, but IMHO, worth the extra money if you need to be mobile. LS4208 (corded) runs about $300. The LS4278 (Bluetooth wireless) runs about $650. Both are USB and generally work with MAS out of the box. I have had to fine tune for the carriage return.

    We have a couple of clients using Scanforce for MAS90 with Intermec scanners. they have been happy with the scanners.
