Since this was a training guide I see where he is coming from. We've stored this type of information before and specifically noted that they can't be resold or shared outside of the group. I'd vote to just keep it in the Drive as I think there will be fewer and fewer resources with knowledge on Job Ops and having this info outweighs the risk.
I'd be against openly offering to customers via a public download link. So long as it's shared only internally I'l ok with us storing it.

What are our thoughts on what Eric Lunceford stated (below) in the other thread about the attached Scanco training manual from Jeff? Is that of concern? I think the same could probably be said for a bunch of the stuff we have out there.
"That manual was not publicly available and is copyrighted. I don't think this should be put in the library without Scanco permission."

I wish there was a better way but I think your summary is the best and shortest way to get the message across.
"To confirm you can read the following document Please first open/review this ReadMe. If you're unable to access the ReadMe ( ie - challenged to request access) , you need to join our sharing group by requesting access here."
Or something similar

I received the below Google Drive e-mail from Russell Berman requesting access to this new folder. I'm guessing because I'm the one who created it, but I don't think it should [just] go to me. I responded to Russell, "Please first open/review this ReadMe. If you're unable to, you need to request access here."

Agreed. And it might not be terrible to create a folder for Job Ops / Operation Management since there is likely more that we could add and having it in on spot within the KB - 90 Minds Knowledge might be helpful
