Where is the sales order bill to address fix utility for 4.5? I just upgraded a client who was using the national accounts extended solution, and I thought this utility was something that needed to be run after upgrading to 4.5. Thanks!

Thanks - I tried that....not there. It was something mentioned in the 4.5 upgrade class.

Just looked in the Curriculum for that class (which I happen to be taking in 1/2 hour) and found: ""If you have the Extended Solution for customers with national accounts, you will need to run the Sales Order Bill To Address Fix Utility."" Looking for further info.

Not finding anything else in the Curriculum. I don't have 4.5 in front of me, but is the Utility by chance located on the A/R or S/O Utilities menu? Or maybe in L/M?

Again, this is just for the SO_SalesOrderHeader file not the link file

Although apparently (from that above LinkedIn link) Sage stated that if *utl doesn't work, then the data would have to be reentered or imported. But it looks like Sage may be in the process of investigating this.

Yes - just spoke to Sage support and they were not even aware of the utility. They are now in the process of putting out a new knowledgebase article. You were correct though, once you enable the settings under the new national accounts tab, you just need to run *utl to get to the utility. Thanks for looking into this.

When I type *utl the only option I have is Invoice Number Fix

Actually as an update, I did not see the *utl function but the good news is that all the shipto/soldto were successfully migrated on its own.

Fyi, you may have to manually copy those fixes into the Utility folder.
