    Where does the Sales Order Customer Sales History By Item report get the Qty Sold and Dollars Sold amounts from to load into the work table for the report?

    I THINK that SO_SalesHIstory is used for all 3 of the SO reports that show sales history for 12 months

    The File Layouts section in Sage 100 used to have a listing of the programs/reports and which data files they use.  Too bad it appears that longer exists.

    Start to create a UDF for the work table, then check the data sources to see where the report pulls from.

    @Beth Bowers that's what I thought, but I cannot find the record creating the incorrect numbers on the report.
    @Brett Zimmerman yep, that was where I went first.
    @Kevin Moyes SO_SalesHistory appears to be the right table, but I don't see the specific record I am looking for.
    Any MD's with source code who can confirm where the data comes from? TIA

    OK thanks everyone - found that little bugger. It was the SO_SalesHistory table. Ended up writing a crystal report and selecting on the dollar amount, popped right out. I couldn't find it earlier, because the posting date (which is what I was expecting to be in March 2019) was 2018. It was the invoice date the report was using to put the data in the March 2019 column.
