  • 1.  Where do Open Sales Order Numbers come from in Business Insights Dashboard

    In the Business Insights Dashboard, where do these numbers come from?   Specifically, the Open Sales Order Number of $31M.  Their actual Sales Backlog is $5M.  And what period would the Sales, COGS, etc. come from?  No reason for them to be $ 0.00.  Any insight to how these number are pulled would be helpful.

    Hi Madeline,

    Looking into this issue last year for a customer, I learned that the numbers on the dashboard are only accurate if the period-end closing process is run in each module on a timely basis. As in, every 30 days like clockwork.

    Well, that is interesting, thank you.  Let me try closing all the periods and see if the numbers correct themselves.  Miss you Karen, hope to see you at our next 90Minds Event in March, in San Diego.  :)
