    When you print the Customer Listing for only Inactive customers, and you HAVE inactive customers - I'm getting a No Data Selected in 2016.3. Can anyone confirm?

    Data conversion to 2016 does not set the customer stats flag to A ... it's blank. You'll have to VI to set that field to A for your active customers.

    I ran it in ABC and my one inactive customer showed up

    @JaneScanlan - why would the lack of A affect the selection of I? And, I do have ""A""s in my active customers. What would be the diff between ABC company and my data....? And, @DavidOverholt - my ABC prints, too. WTH? I checked DFDM and don't have a blank key in the file or anything weird.

    Same is happening in 2017. I imported the status to AR_Customer even though ""A""s appeared in DFDM, added an Inactive reason,rebuilt the keys and the customer listing still will not print. However,the statements will print for Inactive customers and both print fine with demo data.

    Beth, obviously this is some kind of bug, but since it works in ABC company, is there some AR setup option different in the company you are having issues with (compared to ABC company)? Like divisions not turned on or expanded customer numbers? as a workaround have you tried editing the crystal to only show inactive and run the report for all status'

    David at TSS's office found the answer to this - it is whether you have the ""include inactive customers in ALE lookup"" checked or not. Not sure what ALE lookup has to do with the running of this report, but apparently it made sense to some little squirrel's mind at Sage...

    Well, I have to take this back. I turned on the ALE check box for my internal company and it started working. I turned off the ALE check box and it stopped working. So far, so good. Then I turned it back ON - and it's still not working. *gloom*
