When you have an item memo set to pop up in PO Receipt of Goods entry, it doesn't pop up unless you key it in a new line. Am I missing something?? Why do they have the option for ROG if it doesn't work?

I sure hope someone has a solution for this because it has been a thorn in my side for quite a while.

The 'why' is that they used the generic object functionality without accounting for the difference in the way the feature worked. It seems like the type of thing that if explained to one of the developers, they could correct as a bug fix.
