    when trying to add a WT to a specific item, client is receiving an Error 40 JT_Workticket Ln 10331. Any ideas?

    Figured it out if anyone runs into this. There was a step on the template where the Scaling Factor was set to zero. Even though the factor was not in ""use"", still required it to be set to 1 (one). To figure out the correct revision and step, at debug type in ?JT_KEY$ to determine the Template, Revision and Step number receiving the error. Then access WT Template Maintenance selecting the Template\Revision\Step displayed from JT_Key$ . Check either the Parts or Labor Factor checkbox and the system will auto assign the 1. FYI...cheers!
