When running forms for electronic delivery through an RDP session, our logo appears black when it should be red and white. Tried changing the printer selected but that did nothing. Anyone ever run into this??

I would check the printer that's specified inside the Crystal file.

Thanks @BrettZimmerman but that wasn't it. I thought I had it figured out . If I use a different form, it works fine - same logo. On the first form, the logo is conditionally suppressed so I changed it so that it isn't conditionally suppressed but same result. Very odd. Why does it only do it through an RDP session?

If you inserted your logo into the form as a JPG (or anything other than BMP), you could try first converting the logo to BMP, then inserting that version of the logo into the form. You're saving Crystal the trouble of having to internally convert to BMP whenever it renders an image. Also depending on how you connect to your RDP session, you may have an RDC connection window with a Show Options dropdown which when clicked will show a Display tab where there is an option ""Choose the color depth of the remote session"".

Once again the group comes through. I have a client who recently reported the exact same issue on their invoices. The second page blacks out but the first page is OK. I will try Alnoor's suggestion above.

Having this issue with a customer. Converted the image to bitmap per @AlnoorCassim 's suggestion and inserted it into the statement form in the middle of the header. The original prints black (in upper left corner), the 'new' one good so I delete the old one and move the new one to the upper left and then it displays as black. Can't figure this out. Inserted the picture again, moving the 'black' one to the middle of the header and inserting the 'new' one to the upper left. Now the 'old' - in the middle of the header - prints correctly and the one I just inserted is black. WTH????? Does location matter? And yes, I have changed the report options to retain image size, etc. @Sage100UrgentSupportNeeded

Goofiest thing ever! If I delete the 'bad' one, the 'good' one ends up black. So, you may ask, how did I resolve this? Well, I inserted a text object over the black image and gave it a white background. Worked but I cannot tell you why....

That's been happening for a long time with logos, glad you found a work-around!
