When looking at the Cost Detail tab in Inventory, what is the column ""Other Committed"" representing??? v5.10.4

That would be a component item quantity required on a work order I believe.

This is the total committed in Bom

Actually any commitment other than SO. So RMA, BOM or PO return might cause this.

Or committed in SO entry? (If using that functionality?)

Customer insists there are no orders or other commitments for an item showing a quantity committed. How would you go about reconciling this (besides manually adjusting through DFDM)?

Okay, so I released it through DFDM but there is only a Qty Committed field in the IM_ItemCost table. How is it calculating it for that screen???

But not SO.

This is a lot issue, not a ItemCost issue so you need to look at anything that might allocate lots.

Check the quantity fields in the IM_ItemWarehouse file
