Entry Type: Informational Product: Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 200 ERP Application: Custom Office Version Reported: Any version with 4.10 Subject: ""TUUPKG.DLL required by the customizer export wizard cannot be accessed"" when clicking on Customizer Import Wizard. Possible Resolution: Note: Use extreme caution when editing the registry. If the registry is edited incorrectly, Windows may not function properly or may not run at all. Sage Software Customer Support is not responsible for assisting with editing the registry. Always back up the registry before accessing it. If necessary, seek the assistance of a qualified computer technician. Locate the TUUPKG.DLL file in the MAS90 directory. Use REGSVR32 to manually register the DLL. Note: On Sage 4.20 version and higher TUUPKG.DLL file is located in: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Common Components

Is that from a workstation? Try it from the server, or another workstation. That's what I did recently rather than spending time trying to resolve it.

Found something: copy Cbax.dll, cdinf.dll and Tuupkg.dll from another workstation to ......../Common Files/Sage/Common Components. Then run RegCom.bat. If you get something funny on cdinf.dll you may have to register that directly.
