    When items are entered as drop-ship in SO Entry, does that reduce the quantity available for that item (even though it's a drop ship)?

    No. Drop Ship items never impact inventory or are recorded as an inventory transaction.

    Well I know that @SteveEngmann but my customer insists it is affecting their reorder reports, etc.

    I proved it to them. On the main tab where it shows qty on SO did NOT agree with the amount on the Orders tab which was more, the difference being orders being dropped shipped. I think they're good now. :)
