Sage 100

When i resize a Window in Sage (for example, a journal entry screen, invoice data entry screen, etc.) the resize never sticks. When I go back and open that Window again it defaults to the original size. Sage 100 Standard, version 2017 PU 2. Any thoughts? I have tried a ""new"" SY_Personalize file w/o any luck.

Does the same thing happen on a different computer with that same Sage 100 logon? What happens if you try a different Sage 100 logon on that orig computer? Or maybe it has something to do with the 'Reset Panel Size and Position' checkbox on the right-click 'Reset Panel' screen/box.

I did some additional troubleshooting after my initial post. If I try and reset the panel I get an error 26 SY_Personalize 00027. Sage has a write-up on that error and says it is in ""Engineering"" and seems to be environment related. I guess this will never be resolved. This happens to all users on all workstations. I have other installs running on the same workstations and they are fine.
