  • 1.  When converting a client from 4.4 to 2016 some fie

When converting a client from 4.4 to 2016 some fields related to the ""National Accounts"" feature were not carried over. I have tried to import the data into 2016 using VI but have run into a problem. When I try to import into AR_OpenInvoice I get an error that the SoldToDivision and SoldToCustomer are expecting numeric data. All I am trying to do is update records that already exist and get these two fields filled in properly. Has anyone ever run across something like this before?

From the upgrade guide: If you had the Extended Solution for customers with national accounts and the Populate Bill Address Block with 'Bill To' Customer Block check box was selected in AR-1068 Setup Options, you must run the Sales Order Bill To Address Fix Utility (select File menu > Run, then type *Utl) to populate the sales order bill-to address information with the bill-to customer's address information.

Running that utility says ""No Sales Orders found needing to be fixed.

What happened is during the conversion the ""Sold To"" information was not properly converted in the AR_OpenInvoice file. I am trying to fix that by doing a VI import to change/repopulate that field.
