When clients want invoice reminders sent out automatically or want 'Click here to pay' emails, what do you use? Terms on Time? Sage Alerts with Sage Payments? Something else?

We use Visual Cut (www.milletsoftware.com) for all auto emailing of things. It's a very cost effective solution. We've never used click to pay.

I have made use of Navarre Report Manager scheduling software from PCS Programming ... http://www.scheduledreports.com/ Very flexible and does more than generate PDF's and email them, if needed

Visual Cut is an inexpensive solution for automatically distributing Crystal Reports. Sage Alerts is good for notifications that can be created within the body of the email with the more expensive addition of being able to also send crystal reports as part of the alerts. Thank you, @RobertWhite. I downloaded that VC and am testing. In your experience, can it work with Crystal forms, like the invoice form? And if so, can you filter it to email only those overdue more than X days?

yes - although we usually do not use the wrk file but use the AR history files for recreating an invoice form. That will be on the demo. You are welcome to sign in.

VC runs outside of Sage so we don't use work tables since, by their nature, they should empty. We always report from the usual history tables. Emailing out an invoice looking PDF or list of invoices over x days is quite do-able.

Sage Alerts is our go-to tool, @alanniergarth. I include it in nearly every Sage 100 quote! Just looking for an alternative for my little guys.
