    When AP remittance advice docs get electronically delivered, aren't you supposed to see a window showing you the status of the docs (i.e how many successful, how many failed)? Just upgraded a client to 2016 and successfully delivered document, just didn't see any visual cues that it did so.

    I think you are right about the window but I don't remember for sure. What about when you go to Paperless Office, Main, Vendor Viewer? That should show if it was delivered under ""Sent"".

    So I don't think there is a visual cue. It is all behind the scenes

    Just another ""close but no cigar"" issue with Paperless Office. I love it and hate it.

    Yes, they are there in Vendor Viewer, marked as Sent. I suggested setting up an additional email address so the AP person gets a copy of the Remittance Advice as a confirmation.
