What's the proper way to uninstall a SI license? I see that I can go into License Manager and find the workstation on the left panel. If I right click there is an option to ""delete"" - however the Sage KB talks about one you delete that you need a new key and they make it sound as if Sage has to re-generate that key. I was unsuccessful finding much else in the Sage KB and unfortunately SI support seems scattered across various 30 minute youtubes and online SI specific forums. What's the best way to unregister a workstation?

Delete it. Sage will go out and revalidate the key that is already entered.

Agree with Jeff. You will want to hit the 'perform registration again' as it indicates something to that effect when you delete.

Do they delete the key from the workstation that they want to register ?

When you are in License Manager, double click on the site license and you'll see the workstations, just right click on workstation you want to remove the license for and Delete. Then Perform Registration. Nothing to do at the actual workstation.
