Can someone explain the difference between

    • Town Hall
    • All Hands

Sage has picked Friday, January 20, 2023, for a brief New Year's update to their channel partners. They describe the meeting as follows:

Join us for a brief New Year's update featuring the US Partner Leadership Team. While the current economic headwinds are real, our business is primed for exponential growth, and we are eager to stay connected as the New Year kicks off.

Sage releases their Q1 2023 earnings on January 19, 2023, and wouldn't be able to talk about finances before then, which explains why the meeting is scheduled for the day after.

It depends on the information flow.

If it is one way - then it is an all-hands.  If it is two ways (with questions) then it is a town hall.

Except, this one seemed to be the same as "All Hands:" all talk and no questions.

This could have been a memo.
