What's the consensus for having some type of presence at the San Diego Summit? I vote yes!

I think we should do something.

This has already been addressed over a week ago. We'll have a presence there.

I am wondering how many 90minders will be going?

As I recall, the conversation on Thursday was that it was too close to MOTM and would be difficult to carry out. Thanks for pointing out that it was addressed over a week ago. If you are referring to the BOD meeting, **THAT** as I recall was on Thursday! What board meeting are **YOU** referring to? @JimWoodhead - I am sure that was discussed over a week ago as well! Don't **YOU** remember?? BTW, Rhonda's thread was posted on WEDNESDAY. Did you have an advanced heads up not being shared?

We did discussed at the BOD meeting having a presence at it. I know I will be there. I think the question is how big of a presence there. I think the big question will be what vendors will be invited. Will it be like a FULL summit or a trimmed down Sessions? At this point we are on hold until we figure out who and how many will be there. Once we get more information we can make some educated decisions. OK @JeffSchwenk

Echoing Jim, my recollection of Thursday's meeting was that we agreed to a presence at both Summits, with the details to be worked out later. We also agreed to hold the semi-annual board meeting in Atlanta in May. @JimWoodhead , if you can make the time, this would be an excellent time to publish the minutes.

Obviously, that was not my recollection or else I would not have asked. And it will be a month before I see the board minutes. I am asking a question, NOT asking for attitude? OK? WTF

@JeffSchwenk I can say that it was leaked at the BPAC under NDA that there were going to be 2 Summits for 2019 a West Coast and an East Coast. Dates were discussed but the location were not discussed, At the Cimcloud event Diane Lane leaked that the West Coast was going to be in San Francisco, Las Vegas or San Diego and the East Coast was going to be in Atlanta. Tuesday 11/6 Sage Published on SageSell that it was definitely San Diego and Atlanta.

@JimWoodhead knows we've addressed this LONG before Sage announced dates, as we set up our 2019 MOTM budget to have enough funds leftover for a _possible_ Summit social, set up the Affiliates expectation for a _single_ Sage Summit benefit and set aside funds for an in person Board meeting. Before and after the 11/8 board meeting, the Events and Membership Committees discussed options to deal with both Sage Summits and we'll have them both covered.

Thanks, Moira, for the detail. I had to cut this part of our discussion to way less than it deserved in our meeting. We, rightfully, focused on the question of putting our board meeting there and removing it from MOTM in 2020. The committee has this covered, as it should. We'll hear more about the details when the committee finishes its work on this.
