Just call, I have had the best luck.. if you can get India she is pretty good and doesn't just turn around and blame another piece of software. I had a similar issue with Tax dropping off the invoice. The tax showed in the online portal, but the GL posted out of balance on occasion. Reinstalling the avalara client fixed it.
