You can change the key which is was I was told during one conversation but when I brought up the question of how does this work with their entitlement server, I got the, "well you will have to call the payroll department". The payroll department told me I had to call the installation department who sent me back to the payroll department and so far, nobody has called me back with an answer. So far, 4 conversations and the answer score is 0...

Did anyone notice how they did not provide a solution to the question of why can't we copy one company's data files into another installation? It was the PII and for security but didn't offer a solution. What do you do when you need a grab a client's data for say payroll tax preparation and/or year end W-2 printing? I certainly cannot do that on many of my client's servers. If we change our keys to the client's, won't that cause issue with the entitlement server? I have called and asked about this and have continued to get shuffled to another department with no answers. I do like some of the new features though.
