    And then you have this great opportunity to present to your clients and Partners and you don't spend the time to improve your demo data.  I'm always amazed....

    Far too many companies think that the executive in charge should always be the one presenting. Wrong answer; just because you know everything doesn't mean that you should present if you incapable of communicating the message. The exec should be present to handle tough questions, but present? Most can't.
