What's included with the SI Reporting 'bundle' with Gold? I'm sure I missed it somewhere....

And to add to the confusion (the C of 100c), why aren't they hyping the FREE Sage inventory Advisor with 100c and the Gold plan support. From my regional account rep (or whatever they are called). This was the answer to a question that my client had from listening to Linda Cade hype Sage 100 - What do they have to do to get SIA Basic. A 1 user client of Sage 300 was called by Sage for their renewal. The Sage rep confused her so bad, that now she has Sage 300c and was in the process of signing up for Sage Payments. The application is installed on a persons desktop computer, who will never use the web screens. They don't accepts credit cards and they already own Sage Intelligence and the connector module so 300c wasn't needed. Sage is going to cancel the Sage payments set up but wants to charge the client a fee because of the setup process was already underway. And finally, Sage had to go back to the client to tell them the 300c subscription DIDN'T include payroll which she has to get from a different department. Unbelievable!

According to the order form for SI: Gold Plan = 1 Report Manager and Report Designer, Platinum = 3 Report Managers and Report Designer

You always need to do the math on this one, dependent on the product bundle and number of users. Almost all customers that are doing more than financial statements will also need the Connector module, which is not included with the Gold Plan. For those customers that only have 1-2 companies, the SI Bundle at $99 per month may be a better option, since they get Designer, Connector and unlimited users (managers and viewers). Even if that is $100-$200 more, the unlimited users is a big plus.

Yes the SI unlimited subscription is a good deal. Just wish they would work on getting an annual payment for that so customers can align their subscriptions.
