launched an AI Help Agent which shows up in the Sage Information Center. It's unknown how much this might be improved in the future.
Key Takeaways
Limited Scope: The agent is primarily as a better UI for standard help files and presently has no ntegration with Sage Knowledgebase (KB) articles.
Poor Troubleshooting: It struggles with specific error messages, offering generic "program error" responses rather than technical solutions. It won't lookup errors in the official Sage KB and tries to interpret the error.
Isolated Knowledge: The agent does not pull data from external "trusted domains" like the Sage Community, missing out on current discussions or important industry changes (e.g., ACH updates).
Current Thoughts: It is not going to replace consultants (or most knowledgebase searches) anytime soon.
Paya Connect Desktop Update Issues
Multiple users are reporting prompts for Paya Connect Desktop updates that may fail without local administrative rights.
This can result in different error messages. On remote desktop environments, IT involvement is typically required to ensure the underlying workstation installation is updated properly.
Sage 100 Cloud Options and Starts At Costs:
YMMV ( your mileage may vary ) - There are three general ways Sage 100 can work in the cloud: (1) Sage Partner Cloud (starting at $1,000 per month), (2) internal remote desktop servers (cost varies), and (3) outsourced remote desktop servers (starting at $125 per user per month). The pricing I share with clients is always labeled as "starts at" because there really is no one-size-fits-all for hosting.

Net At Work shared their goal to hit $300-500 million in revenue through a dedicated acquisition strategy. Back in September 2023, they brought on Lovell Minnick as a private equity partner. In their 30 year history the company has done about 40 acquisitions.

My wrap-up of the
Acumatica Summit 2026 event is here. The company stopped providing a user count about three years ago and the only official count they issue is 10,000+. For reference, the last unofficial count I'd heard about Sage 100 was +/- 13,000.
