Sage 100
Form 940 Allocation Bug: The Form 940 is incorrectly displaying Q1 wages in the Q4 column. Users should use the standard Sage Quarterly Unemployment Report for accurate tax deposit calculations until an Aatrix fix is released.
VBScript Deprecation Timeline: Microsoft has begun Phase 1 of deprecating VBScript in Windows 11 24H2 and Server 2025. Sage 100 users with heavy UDS customizations should prepare for Phase 2, where the feature will be disabled by default. Sage says in this Community Update that they have nothing yet to announce about a replacement for VBScript.
Sage Fixed Assets 2026 Compatibility: Upgrading to Sage Fixed Assets 2026 now requires Sage 100 version 2025 to be installed on the same machine. This is due to a shared Crystal Reports runtime requirement (version 13.0.34).

Barbara Goldstein Retires: After 25 years in the Sage ecosystem and nearly 20 years with 90 Minds, Barbara Goldstein (DSD Business Systems) retired on March 31, 2026. A valuable member of the community, she was also a key contributor to many "Meeting of the Minds" sessions on Sage 100 upgrades.
Sage Channel Retirements: Longtime industry veterans Bob Gaby and David Cieslak retired effective March 31 and April 1, 2026. Both were co-founders of Arxis Technology and served as leaders at RKL eSolutions.
Stellar One Talent Acquisition: Nicole Ronchetti has joined Stellar One, an Acumatica-focused VAR. The firm is gaining attention for its "Manifesto" identifying 15 ways the ERP industry is broken and its rejection of traditional sales-led discovery processes.

ConverSight Partners with SWK: ConverSight.ai has announced an Elite partnership with SWK Technologies to deliver agentic AI (via their AI employee, "Athena") to the ERP ecosystem. A co-hosted webinar is scheduled for April 9, 2026, to demonstrate these autonomous decision-intelligence capabilities. ConverSight attended the most recent Meeting of the Minds, where Joran Howard and Jeff Franklin independently swept the 90 Minds pickleball tournament.
New DSD Rebuild Utility: DSD Business Systems released the LMRS Rebuild Sort Scheduler. This enhancement allows Sage 100 sort file rebuilds to be automated via Task Scheduler, providing detailed logs and reducing file-locking conflicts
