What would prevent a user from being able to save report settings? They are running Sage 100 2015 in an RDS environment. I have modified reports with their own report settings, but the users cannot make them their default, nor can they save report options. Works fine for me, but I have full sage rights and am RDP'd to the server desktop. Any ideas?

I thought that was an on-going issue since forever - a bug where you can't save a custom version as default unless you created it in the first place.

If it is the standard report setting there is a module option under library master that does not allow users to save the standard report setting

It does appear that the default option cannot be a saved by a different user than the user that created it. Well isn't that special! Now i gotta explain that to the users!

It's a Sage WADittude --- Description Unable to make Report Setting created by another user as Default Report Setting Resolution Each Sage 100 ERP User has to create their own Custom Report and make it your default report.
