  • 1.  What timeclock are your customers using to integrate to payroll?

    I have a customer with about 30 employees is asking abut time clocks that could be integrated with Sage payroll. 

    I have a few customers who have used time clicks however it seems everyone uses something different and it's always a CSV type interface so not a tight integration.

    Time Clock Plus.  Be sure to get the Sage enhancement for CSV importing into PR.  Joe Bisaha had shop floor labor reporting that could be used as a timeclock system.  Not sure what the status of it is now though.

    I have worked with Time Clock Plus and integrated it to Sage 100 but it doesn't look like they have bio-metric thumb print hardware.   if your customer wants bio-metrics you need to research this.

    One of the 90 Minds colleagues (I can't recall who) recommended iSolved.  I spoke to the sales rep, Joe Trapp  in February 2019 (801-890-2289), and he indicated iSolved can integrate to Sage 100.  The integration is an export they set up.  It will be up to me to import the data into Sage 100 payroll, which I have done many times.

     iSolved has several time clock choices, several of which support thumb print authentication.  Below is a link to the comparison of the timeclocks:

     The timeclock data is collected and stored in the cloud.

    I have several customers using TimeClocksPlus with Bio-Metric hardware. They have all the various time capturing hardware as well the software.

    We implemented iSolved for a small Sage 100 customer with less than 15 permanent employees (most hourly), but balloon to ~500 during a 10-day festival period. They use fingerprints, and it's all reliable. The editing facility is quite good. Setups can handle pretty complex departments and rules, but we didn't have much need for that. Their system is cloud-based, so good access, and feeds to Sage 100 via csv. Customer hasn't had any problems since we got them launched.
