What the heck is the secret to renewing your Microsoft Action Pack Subscription. I thought Sage's site SUCKED but it doesn't come close to the agony being experience here. No live chats, not phone numbers to contact, no nothing. I clicked on the renew button in e-mail they sent but I have entered the twilight zone. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It took about 15 clicks, but I finally found this. I had to call them last December and the year before. Part of the problem is their site still uses a bunch of the IE6 proprietary crap that even IE11 can't deal with anymore. Call an agent Speak to a Regional Service Center agent by phone. 1-800-MPN-SOLVE (1-800-676-7658)
