What software are company's using to Sync Outlook Calendars to everyone else in a company? I have a client that bought Code2 and they are having issues with it. Support hours are not great since they are in Poland . TIA

Sage CRM comes to mind.

Thanks @DavidOverholt but they are not looking for CRM software unfortunately and I wouldn't recommend Sage CRM because we have no idea on what Sage is going to do with that software.

Native Outlook functionality comes to mind... What are you trying to sync? My Outlook is sync'd regardless of where I access it... desktop, Terminal Server, phone, Ipad, etc...

They want to sync each others calendars . They want to be able to see one calendar with everyone's schedule on it.

Native Outlook allows you to create a calendar ""Group"" which allows multiple calendars to be displayed at once. Have you reviewed that option? @DianeRuth I just gave @KevinWesley recommendation a go and it is awesome. I've been using Outlook for years and have never seen or learned this trick in the past. Just made my day!
