@DougHiggs Seriously, you should introduce them to Sage Manufacturing, since one of the primary reasons Mike Ritchie selected this was to address customers on Premium. At the time of that decision, there was no discussion or decision to take Work Order and MRP to framework. That was a recent decision once they started on Payroll and Job Cost. What Mike and I discussed was some type of Sage Manufacturing light, but due to the (incompetent) ownership and leadership at Synergistic, that was not going to happen, since they couldn't even successfully bring the ACSG multi-bin integration to market for literally years. With Scanco's takeover, we now have an organization that will deliver and quickly.
Sage has a consistency issue with the ""hybrid cloud"" (Sage's term, not mine) packages of 50c, 100c and 300c and manufacturing. 50c and 300c have an integration with MISys, which does not work with 100c. It is also not close in terms of features or potential enterprise fit to Sage Manufacturing. Sage should be leading with the same solution in all cases and have Premium, Advanced and Standard versions.
