What is the secret to this sauce? Adding a UDF that has a table looku to a panel. Sometimes, I can get the magnifying glass to appear, Other times, I can't. I haven't seen any rhyme or reason for this. The UDF's are defined as multilined. This has been a nagging issue for many years now.

I think it's a box height thing isn't it. I think it'll hide the magnifying glass if you don't have the box tall enough.

You have to validate against a UDT in order to see the magnifying glass.

Damn, to think I have been suffering for years and my pain was resolved in an instant. The root issue was resolved by @BillPfahnl validation. If it had been a snake, I'd be dead. Thanks Bill. And Brett, the height was the secondary issue.

Also it has to be multi-line (as opposed to Dropbox or listbox )
