What is the official ruling on duplicate serial numbers in Sage100 (2015) ? I thought duplicate serial numbers were not allowed for the same item. Customer just setup a new company and for some reason is able to receive and post the same serial number multiple times for the same item. They have three other companies and none will allow duplicates. I went through all the setup options and compared the selections but can't find anything different. They do have ACSG Multi-Bin but again, it is setup the same in all companies. Am I missing something really obvious? TIA.
