    What is the maximum number of user licenses possible for Sage MAS 90 / 200 ERP? What is the maximum number of concurrent user can be signed into MAS 90? What is the maximum number of MAS 90 workstations installations?

    It was enlightening though I've never even thought to pose the question... My limit is usually 20 but we have a few with more.

    I'm surprised there still is referencing a hard limit. You would think that you could install it on as many workstations as you wanted to, and only up to 255 people could get in at once because that's the license limit. FYI -- the reason why the license limit is 255 is because of the ""user key"" -- it's hard coded to 2 characters in hex and in hex with only 2 characters the largest number you can go is 255 (which translates to FF). Hex goes from 0-9 and A-F. So it goes from 00-FF.

    Wasn't there an issue with workstation ID's greater than 401 at one time?

    I know this came up once before and @AlnoorCassim knows the exact reasoning. As I remember part of it might have been a registration code / unlock key limitation.

    It was an issue with the FID0MAP.INI file -- though I'm not sure what ""401"" had to do with it?

    I just remember that it caused problems and to renumber it if it was 401...
