What is the limit on revenues for the class of Not For Profit status we are applying for? MOTM, MOTF, and dues must be getting to be a substantial amount of money.

We could always drink the revenues off the top at the bar, before recognizing them :)

Don't believe there is one. The 10K in my mind was just a threshold to determine a filing fee. Attached is what was filed with the IRS. I tried to avoid any mention of the Tea Party but maybe @MarkChinsky name has triggered further reviews........

Roughly 73K, representing most of the MOTM2014 proceeds, but very little of the expenses, and the dues from last fall which have to get us through another nine months. The rainy season is over.

At this rate maybe we can buy Sage 100 from Sage and let them move on like they did with Saleslogix :)

Could be a group effort there.

They need the recurring Sage 100/300 revenues to keep the lights on while they play with everything else.

Oh, BTW, SAP eventually bought TomorrowNow for about a billion dollars. Then they did something stupid and scraped the whole Oracle knowledgebase and that led to a big lawsuit

I know we'd never do it but imagine if 90minds morphed into something like TomorrowNow. The company that pissed off Oracle by offering to support off maintenance clients. Image if for, say 8% of the software value instead of 22%, we offered to support clients on the version they are on and hired some top notch old timers who can get into the code etc. Then we put in EverSafe's (LOL) at each one to ensure that no matter how bad things went with their database we could just 'rewind' to an hour or so before. I'd bet 15 to 30% of maintenance paying MAS90 customers would drop maintenance if they didn't have the fear of being unsupported. Plus, we could advise on how to run old versions on newer OS's via things like Terminal Services etc. Somebody could get rich doing this.
