What is the deal with Hightower POS - it keeps getting pushed back!! **Point of Sale - Projected - Projected for later this summer.

We have 2 customers waiting on it.

Oh I see that PC Charge won't be supported right away; maybe in a future service release.

We also have 2 customers waiting on it. I think this was an extremely rough upgrade for HTI and SWK inherited the monster. I have a bunch of old emails with dates that HTI said it was going to be done and then they offered a beta version but you couldn't update with it. Both clients have been primed they may need a different product.

I think SWK is probably due some slack - I've been impressed that Patti has been updating everyone pretty regularly. I think that's more than HTI used to do.

True, I would rather get updates knowing what's going on than radio silence, even if it means that the product has been pushed off. I liken it to the Vineyardsoft people, who said their 8.1 would be out in December and it finally got released in July -- and they didn't update anyone in between (unless you nagged them).

I received an update from Patty at SWK that POS Pro is *LIKELY* going to be released at the end of September. And she confirmed that yes, it's only going to be compatible with Sage Payments, not PC Charge.
