What is our procedure for on-boarding OASIS members?
I received this from Brian Rice via email today:
I know your intention wasn't to monitor or administer the OASIS group but I have a question and I'm not sure who else I might ask.
I completed the application (I don't know when because there was no receipt other than the confirmation page which I didn't save) for Acuity Solutions and didn't submit a payment because I have not been contacted by anyone in the group. If I need to be patient, I can manage that but I didn't want to leave it unattended if I need to re-submit the application or mail the payment.
