Just another Friday for me, but since it seems to be special, champagne would be a nice touch. Or martinis.

Will this be a rolling Apocalypse? We were just discussing this very thing. GMT doesn't seem to make sense since the Mayans were pretty much in what is now the US CST zone. And when the it start? Midnight?Noon? Happy hour? So many questions, so little time.

Since it's already tomorrow in some parts of the world, we'll find out soon. One Mayan guy (who's really milking the whole thing) is saying noon which would be noon either CST or MST.

In case I don't get a chance to say it, it has been an honor working with everyone. Looking forward to meeting up in the next world!!!

Friday is our office's last ""Jeans for Charity"" day of the year, so that will be the norm in our office. I told the organizer everyone might as well be comfortable for their last day on earth.

One of my daughters came home from college a week ago and decided her break would start with re-watching Battlestar on Netflix. We just finished watching the final episodes tonight, and then started talking about the Mayan end of the world thing. ""All this has happened before and will happen again."" Very spooky...I kind of picture all the people with the white headphones waking up tomorrow to Siri saying ""By your command...

Well on the east coast 11:11 am came and went and I'm happy to report I'm still here in the office wrapping XMAS presents.
