What I propose we do to recruit:
a. First = propose in the admin group to clear any geographic issues
b. Second = mention to senior group - manage this somewhat like the United Nations -- half dozen active members have veto rights for any reason.
c. Potential members get a six month trial - we stick them in a private MAS90 (or whatever tech area)
d. After six months if they're still around vote on them up or out
e. Most people will not remain active for six months (everyone likes the thought of being in a group - fewer participate).
First year goal (by 12/31/11) = 3 new MAS 90 based firms (which means we probably should scout for 10)
Target Characteristics of New Members:
a. # Years = 5+
b. Product focus = MAS 90 or MAS 200
c. Under 10 people total
d. Emphasis on firms that have niches in areas that we might want - SMI, E-Business, BOI
e. Sage partner (as opposed to end user)
