Slow day at the office Doug??? WAG here. Which versions are entitled to it. Perhaps if we were looking at a Sage 300 KB, it would state Sage 300 there. But that would be bizarre that they have any consistency across platforms when they can't be consistent across modules within a product.... But I digress. @AlnoorCassim - What say you since you have written many a KB in your lifetime?

Not slow Jeff. To the contrary. The customer received this error. They asked when Sage is going to fix this. It was reported in July 2016 so may be working as designed. I thought maybe the ""entitlement"" info would communicate what if anything Sage plans to do.

BTW not sure why the customer is putting two email addresses in one field anyway. They are using paperless office email so plenty of fields for extra email addresses.

Probably putting two in because most email programs allow you to with a comma separator. I tried it once but an edit error popped up saying multiple emails were not allowed.

Open means it is accessible on the web to anyone on or off plan @DougHiggs

Thanks @MoiraGoggin It would be nice to know if Sage believes this is working as designed, and if not if and when they plan to fix it.
