What changes do I need to make between Sage 100 v4.3 and 2014 in order to send emails? Same server. The 2014 version is sending off an error :
AUTH LOGIN
504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type
Failed to login using LOGIN method
--SMTP_Connect
Failed to connect to SMTP server.
Failed.
--VerifySmtpLogin
--ChilkatLog
I've provided IT with:

Sage 100 ERP 2013
Description
Logon Denied when sending email using Paperless on Sage 100 ERP version 2013.
Other errors may include:
Unable to login to SMTP connection
Failed to login using LOGIN method
Failed to login using NTLM method
Resolution
Open Exchange Management Console, Server Configuration, Hub Transport
Right-Click SMTP Receive Connector and select Properties
Select the Authentication Tab
Select Basic Authentication check box
Naturally this is all a Sage issue so no need to do any double checks. Before I offload them onto Sage - any words of wisdom? I believe I've tried every variation of configuration setting with the same result.
